The Fred Archer – Bend Or Partners will be out in force tonight when their horse LORD GEORGE runs in the two mile handicap at 8.15pm.  LORD GEORGE has had three runs at Kempton and run well in all of them.  He was beaten first time by Prince of Arran who turned out to be a nice horse and rated 108 at his best and finishing second in the 2017 Gp3 Sagaro Stakes  he then won his second race at the course beating Sennockian Star and last time he just couldnt get past Mark Johnstons Soldier in Action.

Leighton Aspell came to school MASTER ARCHER again yesterday and was happy with him.  he was quite keen to begin with but settled down well and was jumping hurdles nicely.  He might go to Kempton next Saturday (13th Jan) but he wont run on bottomless ground and if we cant find a suitable race for him we might run him on the flat instead.

All the horses who have just arrived back from their holiday had a clip yesterday and have wonderful shiney skins and look very healthy.  SOCIETY PRINCE still has his rather ungainly head carriage but his Dad was very similar so we wont worry about that.

Our new filly Dream Ahead ex Badr Al baddor is till across town at James Owens and has just begun to canter.  I am looking forward to going over to see her with some of her new owners on Tuesday.
