We are very excited to be running LORD GEORGE at the all weather championship at Lingfield this afternoon.  He is running in the second race which is the two mile race.  He seems in good form and he has qualified so we thought we would run him.  On a good day he is not far behind Watersmeet and he is favourite.  With his long stride he might struggle with the undulations of Lingfield but it will be fun to be there.

EXCELLERATION was due to have his first race on Saturday but unfortunately he scoped poorly after work on Wednesday so we cannot run him.  This is a disappointment to his owners as it had been the long term to plan him there.  We might wait for a turf race now.  He had been going very nicely and improving all the time.  We should be able to run him in about two weeks time with a bit of luck.

This morning we have our monthly FRED ARCHER RACING morning where partners can meet up for some bacon and sausages and a cup of coffee before going out to see all the FAR horses out second lot.  They will all coem back and then go and have a chat with the boys who have ridden the horses and see them in their boxes before a cup of coffee and some biscuits and cakes.  James and I will have to rush off quite early today in order to get to Lingfield for the 2.00pm race.
