MASTER ARCHER ran by far his best race yet when just getting touched off in the 1m6f handicap at Sandown yesterday evening.  The ground conditions were soft which would have suited him but we were not sure if he would stay the 1m6f in such testing ground.  He was fitted with cheekpieces for the first time to help him concentrate.  He actually got to the front in the final furlong but was touched off by Michael Stoutes well bred Galileo colt bought for 250,000 euros at the Deauville Arqana Sale.  This was a very promising run from MASTER ARCHER who will hopefully go on and get his head in front sometime soon.  He is still very much a baby and is learning his job all the time and looks the type to go on to be a nice four year old.

He has been given an entry at Yarmouth next Wednesday which may come a bit soon for him.  We will have to see how he comes out of the race.

MAGICAL DREAMER has an entry at Nottingham next Tuesday.  It is a fillies only handicap but open to all ages.  The liklihood is that she will go for this.  She seems in excellent form at home and we have been leaving the hood of and she has been behaving very well other than the odd swish of the tail.
